REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR A CONSULAR REGISTRATION

Consular Registration
Consular inscription is an act by which Angolan citizens qualify for consular protection provided by the Diplomatic Mission, in accordance with the 1963 Vienna Convention on consular relations. It is one of the necessary requirements for the national citizen to benefit from the consular services provided by that Embassy.
To proceed with consular registration, Angolan citizens (including minors) legally residing in Vietnam must gather the following documents:
- Forms duly completed.
- Full Copy of Birth Certificate, Complete Narrative Certificate of Birth, Identity Card or Passport
- Residence Permit in Vietnam
- Photocopy of passport
- Certificate of Residence in Vietnam
- Declaration of work or Certificate of the Teaching Establishment.
