- Declaration Request Forms, dully completed in block letter or typed in black ink and signed by the beneficiaries
- Original and photocoppy of Passport and ID
- Pension or Social Security Card
Citizens must present an original and photocopy of the Card or a document proving that they are a Pensioner in Angola
