Required documents for a Authenticity of a Driving Licence of Angola:

• Declaration Request Forms, dully completed without mistakes or erasures, writed in capital letter or typed in black ink and signed by the beneficiaries
• Required Letter addressed to Mr. Director of Transport Department
• Photocoppy of a LEGIBLE driving licence
• Photocopy of a personal identification document (ID Card or Passport)
• A valid Certificate of Consular Enrollment (For angolan citizens)
